Explore the customization process
Step 1: Design
We talk to our client and get idea of what they want. We create designs from their inspiration or they can pick designs from our collection.
Step 2: Preferences
We try to know the preference in terms of color , material(wool, silk, hemp etc), quality (knots) and budget of our clients. These preferences are very subjective, hence important to designing.
Step 3: Room specifications
We get details like size, decor, floor type, wall color, light effects etc of the room where the carpet is being placed. We also ask clients to send pictures of their room for renderdering.
Step 4: Send options
We suggest few suggestions based on the design, color, material etc chosen by the client. If client has any inspiration of their own, we convert that into design.
Step 5 : Finalise design
Design is shortlisted from the options given, and the final design is selected.
Step 6: Simulation and visualisation
We prepare design in our software and send the final simulation of the rug in the setting of clients home to the client.
Step 7 :Manufacturing
we prepare graph of confirmed design and dye the material by using a precise combination of colours. There is a quality check to give the right hues to your carpet.Then the weaving process starts. At the finishing stage, effects such as Embossing or Carving are given to further add value to carpet.
Step 8: Packing and delivery
The finised carpet is packed and delivered to the client to their doorstep.
